Payment procedures via credit card are secured with the latest security standards. In this way all of your personal details, including your credit card number, name and address, are encrypted and safe from being read or altered during online transfer. Your transactions are directly conducted on a secure server of STRIPE featuring a 128bit encryption – the highest available- and a 3D Secure system. Our company NEITHER keeps NOR saves your credit card details. For every new order, you have to fill in your credit card details again. For purchases conducted with a credit card, you might be required to send a copy of your ID and credit card via fax or email. All our authentic products bear the CE mark, and we do not sell counterfeits or second hand products. All products come with a two-year limited warranty.
Withdrawal – Product Return
You have the right to return products purchased within 15 calendar days from delivery date. To return the product, first call us on +30 210 3310488 or send e-mail to info@faosconcept.com. If the company is not aware of the product return, no returns can be accepted.
Return Policy
- - All products must be returned within 30 days since the order was received.
- - All products must be returned in their original condition.
- - All returns must include the original packaging.
*This applies to all products on our website, including products on sale and underwear.
*Please note that all orders placed between 25th November 2023 and 31st December 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
We accept returns only for orders placed at faosconcept.com. If you ordered Faos sunglasses from any of our worldwide partners, you shall contact them directly.
To return your order, follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service at info@faosconcept.com mentioning the order number and the reason for returning the goods.
We will either send you the return labels per email or advise you to go to the nearest drop-off location of our carrier partners

When received at the warehouse, your return will be processed within 7 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 2-5 business days.
*Please note that Faos cannot accept returns sent without our selected partners.
You may only use the same carrier used when receiving the products.
In case of faulty products please contact our customer service team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.
If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online.
To avoid any inconvenience, you are advised to carefully check item condition and make sure the packag is intact, in order to identify any visible defects (e.g . broken items). In case of return, the refund shall be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.
